 Atlas of Protein Side-Chain Interactions - analysis of sidechain-sidechain interaction geometries.

 Enzyme Structures Database - classification of known enzyme structures in the Brookhaven Protein Data Bank (the PDB).

 LIGPLOT - plots schematic diagrams of protein-ligand interactions.

 NUCPLOT - plots schematic diagrams of protein-nucleic acid interactions.
